These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solo, including our website, mobile apps, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Solo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't harass, threaten, or harm other members of the community.
• Don't post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Don't attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Don't use Solo to send spam or solicit users without permission.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Solo. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

6. Resources & third parties

Solo surfaces resources, programs, and links from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and inclusion is not an endorsement. Verify program details directly with the provider.

7. Not professional advice

Content in Solo is informational only and is not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice. If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

8. Termination

You can stop using Solo at any time and delete your account from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons. Sections that should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
